Two French favorites: Poulenc's musical version of the classic tale of Babar the little elephant and music from the most popular opera of them all, Bizet's Carmen. Come hear and watch as the
Durham Symphony and Chuck Davis, with members of the African American Dance Ensemble, bring The Story of Babar the Elephant to life. Performance will include orchestral instrument demonstrations.
